  • If the passenger is canceling the ticket within 24 hours of the date of purchase, then s/he will not be applicable of any charges and if the ticket was booked one week prior to the flight departure.
  • You will be charged if you cancel the ticket beyond 24 hours of the date of purchase.
  • The request for the refund can be raised after the cancelation of the ticket.
  • The request for the refund amount is 30 days.  
  • Once the ticket is canceled, the passenger has to pay the service tax and the seat amount will be refunded.

  • Navigate straight to the cancelation page: Input your confirmation number, first and the last name and then click on the yellow button after selecting the option of cancel. Then you will see the cancelation and the refund details for your specific flight.
  • Want refund or apply further: Once your flight is canceled, you can choose whether you want those taxes and fares to be applied for future use or you want to take the refund. Once you hit the cancel button, your flight will be canceled and you will get the confirmation on your email address.
