Steps to Reset Your Apple Mail Password

  1. On Apple ID account page, click on “Forgot Apple ID or password”.
  2. Enter the Apple ID.

  • Now, you can enter your Apple ID, select the option to reset the password.
  • Choose Continue.
  • Click on “Did you forget your Apple ID?”
  • Enter the Recovery key for two step verification.
  • Further option will let you choose the trusted device.
  • On your device, a verification code will be sent by the Apple team.
  • You need to enter the verification code.
  • Enter the new password and click on Reset password.
  • Once you reset the password, you will be asked to Sign-in again.
  • Sign-in using the new password.
7. If you have selected to get an E -Mail, then, to reset the password, an E -Mail is sent to the primary or rescue E -Mail address.
8. Open the primary E -Mail ID in next tab and click on the link sent by the Apple team.
9. The link directs you to the page that asks you to reset the password.
10. Enter the new password and you will be asked to Sign-in again using New Password.
